WHAT IS THE ORDERING PROCESS?

All products are built to order presently, so once you have decided on which preamp you want, we require a 50% deposit to start the build process. This can be paid by bank transfer; we will provide bank details to you. The 50% deposit can be based on the price of a standard preamp at the outset if the final price of custom features is not confirmed at that point.
A form will be sent to you to complete with all your preamp requirements. This is the basis of the preamp we will build for you so must be completed as fully and accurately as possible. The contents of this form will supersede any previous written or verbal conversation about requirements, so don't miss anything. We should be able to confirm final preamp cost accurately at that point.
We build the preamp.
On completion, or just prior to completion, we will let you know everything is ready and what the outstanding balance to be paid is.
Once the balance is paid in full (including shipping if required) the preamp will be shipped or available for collection.
